ADAM METZKER - PRINCIPAL MANAGER
Started in 2012, Adam has been managing a growing real estate strategic acquisition and hands-on property management company focusing on the metro of Des Moines Iowa. Under Adam’s expertise, insight and direction, the company has successfully built a portfolio of cash flow positive properties within neighborhoods targeted for revitalization.
With a track record of generating dependable cash flow and impressive, risk-adjusted returns while preserving investor capital, Adam knows how to maximize opportunities presented by local dynamics and the momentum of tertiary markets.
Adam is a licensed real estate broker in Iowa. He is originally from Israel and has lived in the USA for 16 years.
ZACH VANDER PLOEG - PRINCIPAL MANAGER
Zach is a born-and-raised Des Moines resident and a successful local real estate investor. He has gained valuable insights into the local market and has built a lasting network of respected individuals with whom he can collaborate. Zach engages his network with an up-close look at the micro-economics of the Des Moines market as well as the macro industry as a whole. He is keenly attuned to market trends, especially when anticipating volatility. With discipline and efficiency, he has timed and captured opportunities that other investors have overlooked. Zach’s skillful abilities to manage a portfolio of Des Moines properties through stabilizing its tenant base and overseeing rehab teams, provide investors with confidence and peace of mind. Prior to becoming a full-time investor and property manager, Zach served as a police officer in the Des Moines Police Department. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Iowa State University Ivy College of Business.
