Watch how we are tearing the old roof and installing a new roof on this apartment building.

The next step right after the roof is re-doing the stucco all around the building. We budgeted this project to be between $40K-$50K stay tuned for more updates. 

Naturally, the value increases accordingly and this investment is becoming profitable right in front of our eyes!
